Even though you can have multiple Owners in the Rublon Admin Console, you may want only one account with the Owner role. In this case, you will hand the ownership to someone new and remove the old Owner afterwards. The following instructions assume you have access to an account with the Owner role.
Why you may need to change an Owner
Rublon allows unlimited administrators, including more than one Owner, so there is no technical limitation on how many Owners you keep.
However, organizations often want exactly one account with the highest privileges for auditing or compliance reasons; the process below shows how to achieve that without hassle.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console as an administrator with the Owner role.
2. Add a new admin with the Owner role. (See: Rublon Admin Console - How to add admin)
3. Ask the new Owner to sign in to the Rublon Admin Console and change the old Owner's role to Administrator. (See: Administrator Roles - Changing an existing administrator)
4. Now that the old Owner has an Administrator role, the new Owner can delete that account by clicking the Delete (trash bin) icon in the Delete column of the table in the Administrators tab.
