How can I change the number of licenses in my Rublon subscription?

If you would like to increase the license count by increasing the number of protected users in the Rublon Admin Console, follow the steps in this article. Note that when you change the number of licenses, the price is adjusted based on whatever you already paid. So, you will not pay the full price of the new subscription but only a part of it. 1. Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console.

2. Select Billing → Overview from the left pane.

3. Change the Number of Users.

4. Read and accept the Terms of Service.

5. Click Apply Changes.

6. If prompted to confirm your decision, click Change.

7. In Choose Card and Pay, select your payment card and click Pay.

8. If your bank supports 3D Secure 2.0, you have to undergo an additional security check: A Purchase Authentication window opens, and you receive a text message with a code. Enter the code into the Purchase Authentication window and click SUBMIT.

9. Congratulations. You increased the number of protected users for the prorated price.
