Yes. Offline Mode has been available since version 4.2.0, using passcodes generated by Rublon Authenticator. It also supports FIDO2 and FIDO U2F security keys over USB, including keys with a PIN or built-in fingerprint verification.
Offline Mode must be enabled, and the user’s authentication data must have been synchronized on the Windows computer while it was online. See the Offline Mode documentation for requirements and configuration.
